Ahmed is the latter.

My car needed some serious attention — brake calipers, brake fluid, and a radiator. Not exactly the kind of morning anyone looks forward to. Ahmed took care of it all without the drama, the mysterious upselling, or the usual feeling that you’ve wandered into a negotiation you don’t understand.
